Seeing a show at Darwin Entertainment Centre?
Then you can also buy your tickets through their Box Office – in person Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm and 1 hour prior to the show, online at yourcentre.com.au or by phoning 08 8980 3333. Only applies to Lippy, You and Me and the Space Between, CircusOz and Tamara-Anna Cislowska concerts.

 


Ticket Types Explained

All Tickets

All tickets for the selected show are at this one price (no concession available unless stated) 

Adult

Adult pricing (no concessions or special offers) 

Concession

Proof of concession must be produced to obtain the concession price. Concessions are only available where indicated.  The concession card will need to brought to the event and presented if required.
Valid cards are: 

  • Full time students
  • Pensioner Concession Card holders
  • Seniors Card holders
  • Children 12 years and under
  • Unemployed
  • Health Care Card holders

Entry is free for children two years and under.

Child

Any child under 12 that will have their own seat (children under two are free where they are not taking up an additional seat) 

Group 8+

Groups of eight or more may book selected events at a discounted rate, minimum of 8 tickets to be purchased in the one transaction. 

Family

Family ticket prices may be booked to selected events, a family ticket consists of Two Adult and Two Children (under 12) OR One Adult and Three Children (under 12).  To purchase a family ticket, please select four.  If additional Children’s tickets are required these will need to be purchased at the concession rate.

 


School Groups

School prices are only available for certain events. For more information about bringing a school group to a Festival show email boxoffice@darwinfestival.org.au

 


 

Festival Multipack

The more you see the more you save! Buy tickets to any four different Festival events in the same transaction and save 10%. 

Festival Multipacks can be purchased online, through our Call Centre on 08 8943 4222 or in person at any Darwin Festival Box Office. Tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased in one transaction.  Multipacks discounts are available for full price and concession ticket types.

Festival Multipacks are available for all Festival shows with the exception of Past. Present. Feast. and National Indigenous Music Awards.

How To Book A Multipack
To book tickets and Multipacks simply add eligible shows to your cart by using the add to cart button. You can then click on the cart at the top right of the screen to view and book all your shows in the one place. Four or more eligible shows will give you the Multipack 10% discount! 

 


Friends Of The Festival 15% Discount

We’ve ramped up our Friends of the Festival program and your membership now gives you more. Friend of the Festival will receive 15% off the standard ticket prices, maximum of two tickets per event. The Friends Discount is available to all Festival shows with the exception of Past. Present. Feast. and National Indigenous Music Awards.

Classical Music Package

Buy a ticket to all three of Tamara-Anna Cislowska’s performances and take advantage of our Classical Music Package discount. Tickets to all three different concerts will be $90 when purchased in one transaction.

 


 

How Do I Collect My Tickets?

By Post 
If booking online or via the phone you can request your tickets to be posted out to you.  Darwin Festival will send your tickets using registered post and will incur a $5.50 fee. Darwin festival cannot be held responsible for tickets lost in the mail. Please note that after 22 July tickets will not be posted.

Collect from Box Office
You can collect your tickets from any of our Box Offices, locations listed above.  Please bring along your photo ID and booking reference when collecting.

Collect at the Venue
You can collect tickets at the venue from 60 minutes prior to show start time. Some shows will not admit you if you are late, please allow adequate time to collect your tickets in case you need to queue.

Fees
Additional charges apply for phone, counter, and online sales, credit card purchases and for postage.
Darwin Festival adheres to The Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment Events in Australia. All sales are final – there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on completed bookings.

All Darwin Festival purchases incur a $2.50 Transaction Fee, and a 1.5% Credit Card surcharge where applicable.

Darwin Festival only mails out tickets via Registered Post and will charge a fee of $5.50 for this service.

Latecomers will only be permitted to a performance during a suitable break or as determined by Venue Management. Under some circumstances this may mean the ticketholder misses the show in its entirety.

The right is reserved to not replace lost or stolen tickets where seating is general admission. Darwin Festival encourages tickets purchased to be treated like cash.
